Return/ Exchange/Cancellation Policy

At Five Diamond Security, we pride ourselves on building the best DIY home security system on the market. However, if you wish to return for any reason, we wish to make the return process as painless as possible.  

Five Diamond Security Return Policy  

  • You have 60 days from the date your items are received to return products to Five Diamond for a full refund. Once a refund is issued, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your payment method.
  • Please ensure all items you are returning are repackaged with all the panels, cords, sensors and documentation that was included when you received it.
  • Once items are received, they will be evaluated for eligibility of a full refund. If an item is heavily damaged, we reserve the right to process a 10% restocking fee or declare the item ineligible for a refund.
  • Once a return is received by our team, please allow up to 72 hours for your return to be processed.

Request a Return

  1. Send an email to Promotions@FiveDiamondsecurity.com requesting a return. Please include name, original order number or date if possible.
  2. Five Diamond Security’s Customer Experience team will email you a USPS return label and additional return instructions. Please use the USPS label to return your Five Diamond equipment.
  3. Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been initiated back to your payment method on file.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Once items are returned your service with Five Diamond Security is officially cancelled.

Exchange Policy

  1. If any Five Diamond equipment is determined faulty it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
